2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Provide the tracking number and details of the issue, and our team will assist you with the refund process.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not granted if delays or non-delivery occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or other regulatory checks.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a package was delayed but eventually delivered, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services. The amount will be calculated based on the service level and specific circumstances of the delay.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method or as per your preference. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
